Well today I messed up. I did great all day long until dinner time. I ate an Atkins meal, which was great! I made perogies with kielbasa for my family. It was okay when I picked at the kielbasa but when I was putting away the left overs, in my mouth went approximately 3 perogies.
I need to have someone else put left overs away! I usually do but my husband is still down from emergency surgery and my mother-in-law is 85 with Alzheimers. Some days I need more will power.

I was just looking at my weight history, once weekend of normal eating, not over eating, just eating like everyone else, I gained 6 pounds and had to restart.
So far I have a couple of weeks under my belt without "cheating". I'm back down to almost before the 4th of July.
I'm still trying.

Yesterday, my husband came home from the hospital. Last night and this morning I am have palpatations. I don't know if it is from anxiety, my thyroid medicine, or if there is actually something wrong.
I joked with him that will all his ailments, I'm probably the one who will stroke out, I hope I'm not right. It was just a joke.
Keep on, keeping on!

Bought atkins bars and meals. I will bring them with me to the hospital. High stress time. My husband gets surgery on his carotic artery Monday morning. I will be staying at the hospital with him from Sunday on until he comes out of critical care.
Today I stayed low on carbs but did not get 20 carbs through vegetables. Did not eat any vegetables. I feel a little queezie. Please pray for us.
