I think the meds are making me retain water, I gained back my weight and some and I haven't really gone calorie crazy. Will record weight when I stop taking meds.

I am more serious about getting healthy than I have been in the past. I would like to get down to a healthy weight and be able to get pregnant and have a child without having to worry about how my weight will affect everything. So this is the year that it has to get done. No pressure ;)

I went to the er last night, feeling horrible. I HATE hospitals and doctor visits, and with that being said, I dragged myself there anyway. I'm doing better today, just a bit groggy with all the meds and late sleep schedule.
No exercise today per the doctor, will be going for a walk tomorrow regardless. I'm just gonna focus on my diet for the next two days and hopefully I'll be able to keep dropping till I can get back into a regular routine. Yesterday we walked 5 miles, from my house to my childhood home. Always fun to do :D
