Alhamdulillah.. Ttp bergerak ke kiri timbangan nya walau pelan2 aj. Berusaha ttp fokus di Ketogenic dan Interminent fasting. Walau banyak2 cheating'y 😆😆..
Tabatha workout memang keren, karena fokusq untuk kecilin tubuh bagian bawah. Emang ngaruh x.. Dl waktu gadis beratq 49 aj dr pinggul kebawah masih besar, skrg di berat 56 terlihat mulai waw lah tubuh bagian bawah.. Walau masih banyak PR untuk mengetatkan yg kendur2 😂😂😂
Ayooo semangat usaha pasti ada hasilnya.. Fokus.. Fokus.. Dan Konsisten pastinya, ttp harus bergerak walau 5-10 menit perhari.. Yang ringan2 aj, tp harus ttp ber keringat..

Awal diet 62 kg, melonjak ke 70 kg. Akhir nya pecah jg kepala 6Nya.. Skrg sbnrmya ud bagus, cm gelambir2 masi ad d bbrp t4.. Fokus jaga asupan kalori dan olahraga aj lagi..
