Whooohoooo. Have no idea how this happened. But I am not mad at it. I will take any win. This week was a hard one! But I got through.

Losing 1.3 kg a Week

I had one really bad day! My medical aid didn’t cover my chronic meds this month, and now I have to wait till pay day to get them. Because this month had some very unexpected costs, I have about R5 in my bank account (lucky for me I have a well stocked freezer, so I could still feed my family).
But I feel like cr@p to say the very least, and on top of that, going cold turkey on your antidepressants messes with your head.
So this evening I binged! It was pretty healthy keto friendly food, but I still ate way too much.
Lucky for me, there should be some money coming in tomorrow, so hopefully I can get all my meds tomorrow. It will take a few days to get back to feeling better. But it can’t come soon enough!
I am going to forgive myself this week’s inevitable weight gain, because it was really not my fault. But that does not mean I am going to stop trying

I had NO appetite for a few days, but made up for it in spades today 😭😭😭. So mad at myself. But it is what it is. Tomorrow I will do better again.

Today was a hard day, I ate too much, although it was under my daily recommended calorie intake, as recommended by this app, I still feel it was too much, as I was full sometimes, but still kept eating. I have PMS at the moment, and this month it is painful, and I feel really really sad - this is my trigger, because food is my coping mechanism.
I am proud that I still stuck to healthy food though! Even if I didn’t listen to my bodies queues, I still tried to keep the food healthy, I know that that isn’t ideal, and that it would have been better to listen to my body, regardless of what I was eating, but usually I would have just gone for the junkiest food I could have found on days like this, and then I would have been FAR over my calorie count, regardless of the amount of food. So I am counting it as a win.
