It's amazing how I can jog a mile, walk 6 miles, and that one hour aerobic class one day a week kicks my butt! I wish I could afford to go more than once a week. I think I will try and do it at home sometime. Make up my own class all for myself. :-)

I wasn't sure how to add a recipe on here. I didn't realize when you put in all the ingredients it kinda breaks it down for you. So here I am making this awesome chili tonight using some massive brain power to figure calories because this was a huge expirement for me. I ended up putting too many noodles. So I wanted to half the noodles which then threw off the number of cups in the whole pot of chili. OKAY now here is me, (Mrs 5th grade math level on my college entry tests) wanting to know how many cooked noodles there are per cup verses uncooked just to delete the number of correct cups from the recipe so the one I submitted was not as noodley as ours. I counted each and every dry and cooked noodle to get the difference. LOL. Yeah, I am a dork, but all in all, and almost 3 hours after dinner, my recipe was completed and it was delicious! It's now 11:14pm and I am off to bed feeling pretty darn proud of myself. :-)

Ha ha....I am still on a high from last nights run. Gosh, who ever woulda thought I would be running more than a mile at a time. I really didn' think I had it in me. I can't wait to go again. I am so determined to have Wednesdays weigh in be 192 which would be a three pound loss this week. I want it so bad! Then the following week 190. It's been over a year since I was under 190. I can't wait to get there again. :-) Hope everyone is feeling as splendid as I am today.

I didn't eat enough yesterday. After my daycare kids left and my husband took the little one fishing my 16 year old and I went to practice her driving skills. After that I scarfed down some quick food and headed out the door for a walk. Did about 4 miles and jogged half of it. It felt great! Wish I could get out every evening for that. We got back at 9pm and went out for ice cream....I had nothing! I impressed myself cuz that never happens. :-) I felt bad about my eating habits yesterday evening. Didn't really eat much that mattered when it comes to nutrition. Snacked on baked cheetoes but made sure not to eat more than the serving size. I really like being able to eat what I want, when I want, on this calorie counting thing, it also makes me more aware of "empty calories," such as what that ice cream last night would have been. I'm getting better at this. Weekend is approaching and that is my weakest time. Gonna try to stick to my calories. We shall see. :-)
