Greetings fellow Health Lovers!
I just want to reminds us that protein is a very important way to stay full, get nutrients, make your body work at digestion and so regulate sugar levels in order to keep your mood stable too.
Eggs, egg whites, chicken/turkey breast, fish, tuna, almonds, cashews, pistachios, broccoli, lentils, parmasean and cottage cheese and Greek yogurt are some of lowest fat/high protein foods out there.
Love yourself and put more into your food budget.... don't forget - GIGO

Good Morning!
I believe that the secret to successful weight loss is mostly mental.
Make a conscious decision everyday to love yourself more and therefore take real care of yourself.
Get a picture of who you want to be.
Know it is going to take hard work and sacrifice and a good long while if you want lasting, healthy results.
Get a vision of your best self at your goal- I bought an attractive bathing suit in my goal size and tacked it up in my bedroom! It's a motivator!!
Keep yourself on track by remembering how terrible you have felt being undisciplined, unhealthy and overweight- I posted a picture of my in my shorts on my nightstand side where I tend to want to cheat and snack at night.
Most importantly I pray for Jesus to give me the "want to" to be healthy and fit for Him! He knows my misery and He gives Grace for the Victory because He is Good!!!
This time dieting is not so heavy a struggle! My focus is not determination but faith in and obedience to Someone who knows and loves me best.
