Ok, so I said I was going to try atleast one new recipe every weekend. Well tonight I tried TWO! If you look in my cookbook(I think you can) you will find a recipe for Cabbage Tomato Soup and Baked Pears. I tried them both tonight.

I really liked the soup. It was tastey and perfect for an appetizer, especially for 0 points. Yes, I said 0 points. My son did not share the same sentiment so I will save that recipe for times when he isn't around. The pears were wonderful! They are the perfect 1 point desert.

Now my problem is that it is 8:37pm and I still have 9 points left over. I always do this on weekends. It drives me crazy. During the week I have designated times to eat(since I am a teacher.) But the weekends I find my self with way too many points left after supper. I must make an effort to correct this!
