I seriously hate my situation right now. I have restrictions medically that are forcing me to basically hang around in my bed. The only thing I really have control over right now is what I eat. so I am trying to eat a lot of healthy foods. I am not restricting what I eat, just how much of it I eat. I am watching a lot of inspirational shows and doing a lot of praying. I want to take action, but I sincerely don't want to hurt myself further. There looks to be an upcoming neck surgery. also I have a hiatal hernia and the Dr's would like to operate on it, but they would also like to do a bariatric by pass while in there. thereby helping me to lose weight. I know that it isn't a cure, but a good stepping point. Vent session concluded.

I am having a heck of a time recalculating to make sure that my Cal intake is correct for weight loss. I also can't seem to update my picture on Fat Secret, any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Dr. appt for all my blood work, some not so good results. refocusing on health and getting things lower so I can be a healthier me.
