I'm very happy with how my weight loss is going. I think I could do even better if I could just stop snacking. I'm still craving sugars and carbs. It's been slow but steady which is best I suppose. I've noticed if I'm more active my leg doesn't bother me as much so I'm going to try to get more exercise despite the fidget weather. I want to take it slow so that I don't damage my knee again like I did before. Well here is hoping.

Plexus Slim continues to work for me. It has been slow but steady which is great. My knee is bothering much less but my leg continues to hurt from my past infection. I'll see the doctor about it next week. My biggest problem continues to be habit of eating as apposed to being really hungry. Having my folks and nephew home also contributes because we have family meals together as apposed to when I am alone I eat a salad or other small meals. Of course my sweet tooth is always a problem too. Keeping busy helps and not being able to go to town because of the weather helps because I can't get to food sources. Anyway, I'm pleased with how things are going. It has been years since I was at this weight. I am concerned that I'm not losing inches which may be due to me not being able to exercise because of my let. So anyway, I'll continue on.

My water weight goes up and down all the time which drives me crazy. But I'm keeping on.

I'm still slowly losing on Plexus. I'm concerned that I'm not losing inches as well but with my leg infection I can't be on my feet much. I think if I could do some exercise it would also help. I'll keep going as this seems to be working so far.
