Stayed the same which is fine. I haven't been doing so good this last week so I will take it. Need to get my head in the game, it was secretaries week last week and a lot of goodies here at work and I should have passed them by but I slipped into old habits and I am lucky I didn't gain weight. Its a new week and time to get back on it. Weather has been rainy so no walking but I will go to the mall tonight and do a few laps just to get my exercise going again.

Lost the pound I put on now I just need to keep the scale moving down. With easter its been a struggle to resist everything but it is all gone now so I have no excuses. Wish my energy level would come up so I would feel like walking after work but with all the stress I have been under this week it just isn't.

Bad week, I am glad Easter is over and all the candy is gone. Jelly Beans and Cadbury Eggs were my downfall. Back on track today, that is all that matters. No more cheating I need to get on track and stay there because the scale is going the wrong way and I have nobody to blame but myself.

Little drop which I will take. Weather has been nice so I took a long walk yesterday and I am gonna try and walk today at my breaks and lunch and possibly tonight after work. I need to get my portions back under control that is what is hurting me weight wise so that is my goal this week.
