Life continues to throw my curveballs. My usual drug of choice to help numb the pain is food. I'm trying really f'ing hard to find a replacement. Tears, a little exercise, and keeping busy are about the best I can do. I will survive this...

I felt like I needed a crazy day to shock my system a bit. Well, the day decided it for me. Soul Food Luncheon at school and Babin's seafood for dinner. I am proud that I restrained my self but little bites add up over a day. I plan on lifting legs tomorrow....heavy legs! I will overcome!

Feeling sluggish lately. I know that I've been very low calorically for quite a while. It's been a crazy week and very busy. I need to add some calories to make it through the week.
I am totally loving the loose jeans, the compliments, and even the dirty looks from my Biggest Loser competition at work.
I cannot lose this momentum!
