Day 4 - Rest
Today a customer I had seen a few times asked me if I had lost some weight. It had been so long since I've seen him, he actually wasn't sure if I was the same person. That made me feel good for sure! I'm also happy to see a large amount of water weight has subsided again. I expect more to drop off tomorrow, and then I'll repeat the cycle!
I've been doing research on strength training versus body building. Based on the research, there are "power lifters" and "body builders". The main difference between the two seemed to be the weight, reps, and sets they lifted. I want to be stronger, but I also want a more defined physique, so I suppose I'd fall under the "incredibly newbie body builder" category. It'll get better. My back hasn't been hurting quite as much, and my shoulder seems to be improving. The DOMS made getting out of bed today feel like murder. Took me an hour or so to really get up to speed at work.
I have drama I'm dealing with that is affecting my rest. I'm a bit of an anxious, obsessive type, and I'll literally have nightmare over small things like waking up late for work. I do my best to deal with it, but every so often it kind of hits an overloaded state. I'm going to try to let it all go and just get some sleep tonight.
Tomorrow will be a hardcore work out, so gotta be ready for that!

Losing 7.0 kg a Week

I didn't put enough work ahead of time for today's meals. It being a Monday, it has been basically hell. I will not be able to keep it as low carb as I planned. I will keep it low calorie and still lower than average and make food tonight that'll be ready for tomorrow. That'll make this easier.
Should have cooked in advance! It is ok. It won't be a huge deal.

Day 3 : Rest Day
Today's meals will be low carb and around 2000 calories. Nice to see more of the water weight come off. I expect that of the next two weigh ins.
I can tell my body is screaming for food, but I was smart enough to eat a small meal and to not bring a snack. It will be a while before I readjust as my recent eating has been earlier. I will enjoy a meal once I get home and again a few hours before bed. I am sure that this will work in the long run. I hope to see a lb of fat loss each week. Not sure how much my strength training will affect that.

Losing 1.9 kg a Week

Holy ta'mole do I feel bloated. It was a real struggle to eat that many calories even over a 12 hour period. I have no idea how I am supposed to manage doing that on a work day without screwing up the intermittent fasting.
Then there is also the creatine, which is also making me feel bloated.
My lifting was exceptionally increased over these last two days. I saw increased reps or weights in every exercise. Once the left arm catches up to the right arm, perhaps I'll be able to add more weight to my leg work outs. It may seem silly, but my left arm is so much weaker that just HOLDING about 35lbs is a struggle, which is making it difficult to add more weight of the leg exercises. Once I get that left side up to par I'll start adding more weight.

Day 2: Lift Day
3,000~ calories consumed
Focus: Core / Legs
Much of the exercises performed yesterday that effected the core were compound exercises that used other muscles primarily. Today I will perform some exercises that are aimed at the lower back and abdominals, as well as everything below. It seems easier to split up that way for now. I'm certain that, based on how I feel, the muscles did get some work out. It just isn't nearly as much as my upper body.
I woke up with such a ferocious hunger that I was amazed. I am concerned how that might hurt my plans on future days, but I will do my best to keep that in check. I ate a small portion of one of my meals to get the metabolism going. Going to do some basic activities around the house and then stretch to get the muscles ready for my work out. Alright, here goes.
