Ich bin so glücklich, dass ich es im März geschafft habe 2,4 kg abzunehmen. Nachdem ich mich noch ein bisschen mit dem Thema beschäftigt habe und Fettlogik überwinden als Hörbuch im Auto höre, habe ich mein „okay-mit-Ü-40-und Hashimoto-schaffe-ich-eh-nicht-mehr“-Ziel von 73 auf 68,5 korrigiert.
Mein nächstes Etappenziel ist, unter 88cm Bauchumfang zu kommen (aktuell 89). Außerdem endlich wieder weniger wiegen als mein Mann (der wiegt aktuell 77 kg). Das ist allerdings etwas tricky, da er sich meinem veränderten Essverhalten (keine Snack-Exzesse auf dem Sofa, mehr Protein etc.) anpasst und auch davon profitiert).
Aber ich hab’s nicht eilig.
