Couldn't resist free ice cream today at a ice cream factory today. At least I did only eat one cup. I guess that will be my splurge for the week and I am surely gonna have to compensate for it tomorrow and the next few days.

Small budge in the scale. It is to be expected coming off my week of bloating. I will try to lose at least 5 pounds next week.

well, to make up for all those extra carbs from the corn, I was on the treadmill for 40 minutes last night until 12am. It probably didn't erase all those carbs but at least I felt better doing something about it than going straight to bed and having all those carbs go to my fat cells. I have learned my lesson.

Screwed up my carb count with 2 ears of corn. I had no idea they had a lot of carbs. Teaches me to check first before I eat. So disappointed.

Must have to admit that I have been acting like godzilla lately. I don't know if it is from my cycle or this diet. I hope I can control my rampage today, for my children and husband's sake. It just gets so frustrating at times to juggle being a mom to 3 small kids, working part time and having a hubby that doesn't help out much. Sometimes a carton of ice cream or a bag of chocolates help me to forget. But...I am going to tread on.
