Weighed in at 164 today even after not exercising for the past 2 weeks. I worked out for the first time today. Since the Christmas season is now over I can get back to working out.
I am still only going to maintain my weight until I move into my new place in February. Once I move I will be able to focus more on my exercise and eating habits.

Today I informally weighed in at 160.5 lbs. Although I am losing weight I do have to concentrate on my eating habits. Right now my goal is just to avoid weight gain during the holidays and try to focus on eating better. My intent is to be more focused on my eating habits after I move to my new place in February.

I finally did a fully cardio workout today. I was sick the past 2 days and worked really long hours this week. I am still feeling a little under the weather but decided to try to sweat out some of the toxins. I do feel a little better after the workout.

I have been working late the past few days and skipping my morning workout to get more sleep. Today I packed running clothes in my vehicle so that I may run during lunch time, but that did not happen. It was also way too hot after work for me to go running.
I will be working late at night, but I will have to sacrifice a little sleep so that I may workout.

Today I switched my aerobic exercises to the morning time as I kept working late and cutting into my workout. The late workouts also affected the times I ate at night. As I start to get back into a routine I will focus on aerobics in the morning and a little strength at night or more muscle toning.
