Welllll, not the loss I was hoping for BUT hey anything in the downward way, is okie dokie with me! Went for a 4 mile walk yesterday, even jogged a bit! I have been staying in my points, but could probably be making some better choices on what I'm spending my points on. So heres to next week, where I'll make better choices. Am I still proud of me, YEP ;) Hope you all have an awesome weekend :)

ok so today there is a rare event that is about to take place. I am about to tell you how PROUD of myself I am! Yep I said proud (such a hard word for me to say about myself) Anyway, I have been keeping points for 3 weeks now and CAN'T WAIT to weigh myself tomorrow! Oh I hope I'm not setting myself up for a let down by getting on that scale tomorrow and not seeing results. But I have decided even if that does happen, I still need to be proud of the fact that I have actually been trying! I hope I don't sound egotistical, I'm just so sick of being so scared of failing that I haven't been trying to succeed............until now! Feeling EXCITED!! Hope you are all having a GREAT week :)
