Worked out today. I was so committed to doing it that I drove there (20 minutes) in a snow storm. Made it there and back safely. I feel good! Did 45 minutes of weight training and 25 minutes on a treadmill with a 4.0 incline. Did between 2.5 to 3.6 mph the whole time. I'm feeling very energized now. Tried and elliptical machine...embarrased to say I was done in two minutes!

8 more pounds...so close...yet so far! I head to the gym in an hour...after getting the house back to some semblence of human habitation. The activity should help me lose more than .2 pound, as was my loss this morning.

Not much of a loss...but in the right direction. Back to the gym tomorrow. Kinda looking forward to it.

Sore from yesterday's gym visit. A good thing I suppose. If it weren't snowing...I'd go for a walk. An excuse?
