Walking for Health.
Here we are again, another weekend! Still if the weekend did not come around then I would be dead and would not be trying to drop weight` and get fit ;-)
Got up late and took the bloody dog out. steps 3,367 = 1.7 miles.

Wow it's a cold windy morning so took dog for a longer walk. Steps so far 9,533 = 4.7 miles and only 5 flights of stairs I've run up. Lazy me!
Walking for health.
Finished for today, steps 13,527 = 6.2 miles but only 13 flights of stairs.

windy cold start to day. Walked dog around Barley field then went for a solo walk. Steps 4,184 =1.8 miles and ran up 6 flights of stairs.
15:46 hrs and steps now 9,635 =4.4 miles and run up 19 flights of stairs.
That's it for today. Walking for Health.
Steps 14,143 = 6.1 miles and ran up 36 flights of stairs. But as my ex wheat belly is only going down slowly I'm now including standing press ups 260 today.

Beautiful morning with a bracing wind. Steps so far 6,225=3 miles and 8 flights of stairs.
Raining this afternoon so I went for a drive around Suffolk, then walked the steps up to 9,376=4.3 miles and 25 flights of stairs climbed.
Just finished the last walk today. Totals are steps 14,199 =6.3 miles and I've run up 37 flights of stairs.

Walked down to the lakes this morning steps 5,529=2.8 miles. Total steps today 14,220 = 6.2 miles and flights climbed 23 floors.
