Ich habe grade das Training hinter mir! Es hat viel Spaß gemacht und man sieht die ersten Ergebnisse. So kann es weiter gehen.

noch 600g und ich bin am Ausgangspunkt, von hier geht es nur leider weiter runter. Als ich mir 2021 die app lud wollte ich eigentlich in den Muskelaufbau gehen. Durch die Umstände bin ich jetzt bei gleichem Gewicht so viel adipöser, daß ich erst mal weiter runter muss.

wieder abgenommen, dabei habe ich mich die letzten Tage garnicht bewusst kontrolliert da ich derzeit viel Stress habe.

Minimal zugenommen im Vergleich zu gestern, aber weiterhin auf dem Weg nach unten. Es läuft derzeit gefühlt sehr gut bei mir, obwohl mir die Zwillinge wenig Schlaf lassen 😁
