Week 3 begins and this week is chocolate. So far there has only been one slip up and a few crisps were eaten. But right now I am so proud of my commitment to this “diet” or lifestyle choice.
I am eating healthier choices and feeling so much better because of it.
Of course it’s not been easy, but when has loosing weight ever been?
Let’s go into week 3 strong 💪🏼

So last week was full of ups and downs with eating and my weight. This week I’ve had a bizarre drop in weight, so I am taking that as a blessing.
I’ve decided to stop calorie counting and instead take a different approach to dieting.
The plan is 7 weeks to cut out 7 fatty things, one for each week starting with crisps 😵 ( my devil food)
That was starting from Monday. Next week is chocolate, ( I’ve never been too much of a fan anyway, but chocolate is on my favourite biscuits so it includes them!).
I am yet to decide on the next few but I know chips, cheese, wine, cider will be on the list.
But so far so good! Let’s power on through!
