Still not finding the energy nor the time to workout after work. Get off at 5 pm, home to fix dinner (30 min. commute), eat around 7, housework til around 9,then time to get ready for work the next day & then bedtime. Weather doesn't help matters any either, hopefully, it will warm up soon & I can stop by the local park for a hour walk before heading home. I just prefer to be outside doing activities over being stuck inside in the bedroom starring at the walls while I ride my bike or on the elliptical (boring). At least outside, I can go for a ride on my bike or go for a walk down the local trails down by the river; listening the birds singing, the river flowing, the frogs, etc...just doesn't feel like exercise!

Very busy day at work today! Changing the store around for the Spring sales, so I was walking all over the store (back to front) all day! Never got to take a break for lunch(only got in one bottle of water & a couple handfuls of combos). So as soon as I got off work, I went to the first fast food place I could find, which was Taco Bell right across the street. At least I did keep moving all day...LOL :)

I really wish these headaches would let up so I could exercise. I know you shouldn't let anything get in the way, but when your head is pounding you really can't stand to do much of anything. I've tried different things (advise from others) chocolate, and even some sugary candies thinking that my body might be going through some DT's LOL didn't help. So back to OCD in hopes that will help! Oh well, maybe someday my body will start working with me instead of against me :)

Working late, eating out & making poor food choices have cause me to gain...new week, new start! I'll get the hang of this mess one day!
