well its day 5 2day, feeling tired kids been up since 4am..... yesterday was rest day but back on it 2day got lots of housework 2 do and exercises to crack on with as well as squats 2day

Day 4 today i get a rest from squats chellenge, but going to do other workouts 2day. my goal is to loose 4lb every 2weeks and weigh myself every wednesday moirning so only a few more days till week 1 is complete so i can c how much weight if any i have lost............. DETERMINATION is the key

feeling a bit worse for ware this morning ouccchhhhh squats hurt lol
well its now 9.09pm i have now completed day 3 of my diet, so tempted to weigh myself but holding of until wednesday like a good girl, managed the 60 squats.... just lol also did 13min on exercise bike burning 106 calories and also managed 19minutes on the wii fit... goooo meeee, roll on 2morrow day 4

well day one is over started the 30day squat challenge last night before bed 50 squats when u r overweight is hard but i did it and im determined to stick to it, so heres to day 2
