Day 4: Not smoking. Feeling good!
Riding my new bike and walking as much as possible...
Finding it hard to stay under 20 carbs, more carbs than you think in a salad. It's been so hot here I find it hard to prepare any meat even on the grill.
It's the end of my 4 10's this week and feel it went well. Traveling for the weekend to see family which will be a challenge as there will be lots of bread and potatoes served, YIKES, not to mention beer and wine...I love wine!
My goal is to focus, stay calm, stay in touch with with my emotions and anxiety level, remember I love meat!

day 1. Get back on track! Gained all my weight back :( need to get a grip NOW! No smoking. No drinking. No carbs.
Bought new bike yesterday, my goal is an hour or so 4x week to start.
My problem was/is hang around people who smoke, eat, drink too much... it was fun, would still be fun, but not healthy or really where I want to be.
Soooo, back on induction and exercise!
Deck is closed (party central, my deck)
Tell people the deck is closed
Be accountable!!!
NO SMOKING
