I’m a 60ish mother of 2 grown children. Married for 27 years, no grandchildren. My children are not married and live out of state( I’m in Texas)
Love to walk, sometimes I take my hyper Sheltie. I’ve exercised most of my life, but began to add 10#’s every 10 years. Recently my weight went up, discovered I have thyroid issues. I’ve tried WW, Slimming World, and exercise. Decided to count calories, Macros, and timed eating. I’m finding the timed eating to work! My husband is supportive, but rarely gains weight. This is my journey. I’m trying to avoid more health issues in the near future.
