Well it's halloween, that means tonights dinner is Burger King. They give free hamburgers to kids, so we will hit that up. I do enjoy the Veggie Burger it is really tasty and big, for only 7 pts. You can't beat it. This week is going much better, so hopefully the scale will agree.

I have found that rice cakes are pretty tasty, and only 1 point. Which is real nice. They hit that sweet and salty place I need. The real hard part is that my girls have candy from a halloween gathering and it kills me to see it sit there. I love my chocolate, like every other woman. So yesterday I went to Wal-mart to see if I can find me some fat free chocolate, which wasn't easy. I went down the candy isle, and found WW chocolates made by Whitman's chocolates. Let me tell you they are yummy, you can't even tell they are less fat. They are only 1 point each candy bar, YEAH!!!

i only lost 1 lb. But I look at it this way at least I didn't gain 1 lb. I was having a bad week anyways, so to loose i makes me still feel good.

Doing better today, I'm alittle scared tomorrow is weigh day. But all is good I hope to have a job here soon. That would help with the stress alot.

Stress makes me want to eat so this week is a challange. I don't have a job right now, and we are struggling to make it with the bills. With the holidays coming it is alot of stress.
