Wow...the scale went up again. Between TOM and Easter holiday I have crashed. I tell ya though, I realized y'day after eating like a bulimic on a binge, that the entire time I've done the Atkins WOE I have NOT felt miserable. WELL, let me tell you Saturday and last night I was ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE and I did not like it! I had no control and I DID NOT LIKE IT! Needless to say, I've learned one very important lesson....I'm not as "in control" as I thought I was. My Atkins buddy and I are back on track!
I MUST give kuddos to my sister is also on Atkins WOE and on FS - she is into week 4 or 5 of knee surgery, hasn't been able to exercise, hasn't been able to weigh AND has had people bringing her food....SHE HAS STAYED FAITHFUL AND I AM SO PROUD OF HER!

I have gained and I am ok w/that because I know exactly why and it has been corrected. I have started bike riding and going to zumba for the first time tonight!

Wow...been out of pocket for several days. It's Spring Break here and and I wasn't going to get to take any time off, BUT, PRAISE THE LORD, our trial was continued until next week, SOOOOOOOO.....I get to spend some time with my girls! We are going to Disney on Ice on Friday...so excited.
HMMMMMM....diet-wise, I haven't been the best this past week - but I still lost, so, I'm pretty happy. I realized that I want the Atkins book from 2002....NOT the brand new one, so I gotta order that.
Colored my hair last night...I'm a blond, blondie! My clothes are continuing to get smaller and for the FIRST TIME IN LIKE 10 YEARS, I'm NOT dreading swimsuit season.
