I feel like I am really trying. I just can't get it right. So I eat too much one day and then I eat too little the day after and the scale just goes up. What is up with that. It should just even out. I am not starving myself. Why am I not losing any weight??? Ok that's it. Startingt tomarrow I am eating no less and no more then 24 points. Ya ya I know I said that last week but no this time its for real. I just really have to do this for myself Maybe its the whole out of the routine that is the problem. I have not gone to the gym in a week so will see tomarrow will be a good day to go. Well I got to go.

Either I eat too much or I eat too little and I believe that is the reason I hav'nt lost any weight this week. So for the next 7 days my goal is to not eat too much or too little I will eat exactly 24 points a day. Its definatly easier said then done. But I am going to do this. Wish me luck!

I thought I would be ok and still lose some weight this week. But thats not the case. I had a really busy week monday I am pretty sure I ate too much and as for the rest of the week I am pretty sure I ate too little. Maybe just like 15 points or less because I was so busy. So will have see how it goes next weight in. I am going to make sure I eat all my points next week and I hope that I will have a loss.

I am really happy with my weight in. Although I was really hoping to be in the 160's this week it did not happen but I am sure I will see it sometime in the next week and thats exciting too. I have been working hard for the last month and it feels great. My goals for the next few months are as followed.
1.Pick it up a notch and start going to the gym 6 days a week instead of 3. right after the New Year.
2.Eat less carbs and more protien while sticking to the points religiosly.

How do I calculate this? dry red split lentils 1/4 cup dry.
70 calories
0 g fat
9 grams of fiber
So if I eat 1/2 cup dry
is it 2 or 3 points?
