Up early this morning. There is no wind and the weather is perfect for Kayaking. Might take off for a bit before anyone wakes up, or at least after dishes.. ha ha ha ... Yesterday was a great day and made me really hopeful. My husband and I had taken our daughter to a Wilderness walk. It was amazing.. She loved every bit of it. I did a lot of walking and drinking water.. I sure did have to use the restroom a lot..ha ha ha ..I got "again" a lot.. Yep, I would say.. Then off to the kayak shop that we saw on our way into town. I feel in love with the solstice GTS.. 17.7 ft.. MY dream is to go to the ocean in Alaska and kayak.. I have a friend up there with an invite.. I would like to get to my goal weight and then go.. That is what I am working for.. I am doing well now, however, I have some time to go, and I am ok with that.
My husband works away from home on the RR and when he comes home for some reason I just want to eat.. It's strange..We love and miss him very much, but at the same time have come accustumed to him not being here. Something that I just need to be watchful of.. It just might be that we are used to doing what we want when we want..Then he comes home and we are waiting for him or he makes comments because we are in his way(yet we don't have this problem when he is gone} LOL.. ha ha
Anyways.. We are suppose to go to his moms tomorrow..Hallie and I don't want to go because when hubby isn't around we are treated like a pleg, and told things like wait till hubby gets home..She never calls me to see whats going on, but waits for hubby to get home and then calls him and says what are you doing for the 4th. Really bugs me, but I just say if you want to go up there then we can go..Well, hubby told her that we are working on our weight and ways of eating. She then decided to make sloppy joes.. OI!!! So, what do I do? Take my own food, or just not eat? I have no clue what to do in this situation.. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.. Thanks

Well, I am sure that my burger wasn't right.. on my food intake.. it was a steak burger..plain nothing on it.. no bun, no condiments, plain jane just a freaking burger.. LOL.. I could not find it..

I am getting in more calories and the weight is still coming off.. I don't care if it's a lb at a time, as long as it comes off.. Now to cook breakfast and in an hr doing my Jillian 30 day shred, day 5.. =o)

Well, I have been reading more and finding that I have made a mistake on the cheese that I am eating.. I am not eating as much as I am putting down.. I am buying a food scale either today or tomorrow.. =o)
