Nutritious, low fat, high protein food doesn't need to be boring. Chicken breast with ground pepper and turmeric, baked in the oven in foil - very tasty.

Does anyone use bathroom scales that measure body fat, visceral fat, BMI etc. in addition to weight? I've been searching Amazon and whilst the scales seem pretty good, it's unclear how accurate they are. Experiences and feedback welcome.

This fairly typical lunch is delicious, filling and only 500 kcals. Even fewer calories if you drop the avocado. Home made wholemeal bread and homemade hummous keeps saturated fat, salt and sugar to a minimum. And tastes nicer, of course :)
