Its the first day and I had some plain oatmeal and some nonfat organic peach yogurt for breakfast, not so bad, atleast I am not starving. The oatmeal was hard for me because I really dont like it. I did make a large pot of the vegatarian chili, it smelled so good when I was cooking it, so I will have that for lunch and then maybe some brown rice and veggies for dinner. Finally a diet where I am not going to be starving!!!!!! Cant wait to walk later, its nice today.

Well, today is the last day of me making excuses, eating unhealthy, and being just plain lazy. I think I have a good plan in order. I got a sample menu, and am going to the grocery after work. I bought this book "Bikini Bootcamp" it has circuit training etc, for at home so I am pretty excited to start that. I also bought the stretch bands to do some toning. We will see. I weigh in the morning and will be back in 9 whole days to weigh again!!! Wish me luck.
