Wow I'm very surprised and happy with my first week! I know that usually the first week you do lose more but I wasnt expecting this! On to week two. :)

Did really good yesterday. Followed my points and worked out. :) Today I had a donut...I can't believe how guilty I feel! I worked out harder to hopefully burn some of it off. Back on track, no donuts tomorrow!

Today I'm preparing to start my weight watchers diet up again tomorrow July 15th 2013. I followed this program several months ago and was doing rather well, but unfortunately did not follow through and gained the weight back plus more. I'm starting out at 144.8 pounds with an ultimate goal of 125 pounds. 4 years ago I was down to 114 pounds so I know this is the achievable. I have a small frame and I'm only 5 foot 3 so determination is the only thing I am lacking. I just joined FatSecret yesterday and I'm very excited to be able to have a community that can support me and that I can support as well. My journey starts tomorrow so please wish me luck!
