I was eating 1000-1100 kcal because I wasn't doing any exercise and I was mostly in home. After a month making 30-45min of exercise and getting my schedule full and my body in movement all the time, I was struggling with the amount of kcals. So I'm trying to recalculate the idr so, I choose 1250 because I'm in the last drops so I know it will be hard, so will be on a clean diet, 35-40% protein and without any cheatmeal for 5-6 weeks to end, with some luck, this trip, so what you all think about this?

I did 40' full body cardio today. I couldn't even believe it when I was done, the good new.
And about complicated stuff, I have to face the struggle that since I started I never lose a inch from my arms, I know the body choose, and my better looking legs can get some sun now, so I try to focus on that and stick to my plan.
