Aku bingung masukin apa ini Suki buatan ku sendiri.aku masukin satu2 aja,tp jg gak lengkap jadi aku kira2 aja 500-700 kalori. Toh jg aku msh butuh 800kalori utk menghabiskan malam ini.hahah.tumben cm defisit 500 dr pagi,dibawa gym ga keliyengan.hahaha
