I would have done better if "Easter" hadn't arrived yesterday.
I had ordered something from Sherri's Berries; it was supposed to be delivered 4/3, but didn't arrive until yesterday. I couldn't pass up the meltaway cookies. Today is another day though, and I have nowhere to go but down, down, down. Funny isn't it? Normally when one sets a goal it's to go UP!
This challenge, and a couple other things are going to help me pull my head out of the funk I'm living in. Depression sucks. I'm tired of eating it, it's time to start trying for the other kind of feel goods - the kind with positive long lasting effects.

Things have been pretty stressful and I've been eating
WAY
worse than I planned to. It's time to get back on track. Today I feel good. It doesn't matter that I just ate a McDonald's burger, what matters is that I ate, slowly, and enjoyed my meal.
I'm going to start paying attention to what I put into my body and make sure that I get my water intake up there again. I know it helps, on a lot of levels.
