Well the scales don't lie! A lazier week has resulted in a slightly heavier scales. It's not too bad and gives me some motivation to do better over the next couple of weeks.

I've been in a deficit or meeting my input vs output calories this week. Haven't moved as much as usua thoughl. When it's cold I can't find the enthusiasm to exercise at 6am. Prepping food has helped with controlling portions and calories despite all my treats. Wondering what the scales will say in 2 days time on weigh-in day. I hope to break even.

Pleased to see a difference on the scales finally. Really enjoyed going to the gym tonight. Mixing weights and cardio. Food has been better. Making better choices and finding the calorie deficit easier this week. Hoping to improve my shape and health even more over the next month.
