I've been "jogging" for 8 weeks now. Lost 10 pounds so far. Following p90x high protein/low carb diet. "Jogging" 4 times week, run/walk method. Just started 5 walk/20 run/5 walk/ 5 walk yesterday. No complaints other than I have a really slow pace. Excited to find my first 5K to do. I couldnt even walk 5 minutes 8 weeks ago. 4.0 average, but getting faster, feel better. Would love to do a half marathon with high school friend in Nov. 2011! Gotta start somewhere! I'm at the crawling stage!
