I've discovered that it's much more beneficial to work out separate muscle groups each day. For a while, I'd do them all during one session. Crazy eh? Turns out, I wasn't getting the results I was hoping for because they didn't have time to rest. Lesson learned! Today was cardio and arms, tomorrow shall be legs and abs. If anyone has any input for building muscle, I'd love to hear it because I'm a newbie. I don't want to classified as *skinny-fat*, I'd like some definition. After losing the fat (21% currently), it would be a nice objective to accomplish, ya' know? The intent is to build lean muscle (I think?), not bulk up like a body builder.

Who would of guessed that Arby's Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich had
that
many calories? Sheesh! Would of checked FS, but it was a spur of a moment kind of thing. I'll never do that again. Yum, it was delicious though.

Fwah, I don't want to go to work today! It's a blazing 97 degrees and now my flowers are crispy. -______-; On a side note, I've been doing well health-wise. I haven't been ill in months and I assume it's because of diet and exercise. I'm staring to get my parents into the swing of it too. Let's hope it lasts.
