I'd been a little lax in my exercise routine and not paying attention to the foods I've been eating. j have noticed im taking in quite a bit of carbs, I love bread and potatoes but if I want to lose weight I'm going to need to slow down. since the pg test was negative, I'm counting the cranky mood and chocolate cravings to PM's lol my new plan is to exercise 2x a day I stead of once and less carbs

I made myself a priority after realizing that I have to be at my best to be able to help everyone else. I've been careful about my food intake and being sure I exercise even if I'm tired. this may just work after all!

After having baby #4, I have to start all over again. Life is crazy with a 7yr old, soon to be 4 year old, 2.5 year old who is about to start potty training, and a 4 month old who is having development issues. Husband wants one more... I'm just not sure I can do that... I love both God and Josh, kids too of course but our plate is full and I'm so exhausted at the end of the day that I don't even know where to fit in an exercise program for me or how I'm going to finish another book or start my online job that I have to dedicate 5 hours a day to.... I know my weight is a big part of why I'm not as energetic and depressed. We are in the middle of my in laws moving out and finally getting a house to ourselves for the first time in nearly 4 years... I dont even know what that's like anymore.. I know stress is a big issue too, but how am I supposed to fit in time for me when I am so busy keeping everyone else on schedule... guess its going to be interesting.
