One thing that drives me crazy about society is how people label others. If you at fat you are lazy and have no will power. I don’t think people understand that it is an addiction. One of the only addictions that we have to keep in our lives. If you are an alcoholic you don’t have to drink to stay alive. It is like giving an alcoholic 3 drinks a day and saying no no, that is all. No matter what we have to eat. I have such a bad relationship with food. Guilt is always attached to it. I wish I could eat a meal and not feel guilty after. Even when I eat healthy I feel like I ate to much. At my highest I weighed in at 340 lbs. I am at 211 right now. I was down to 195 at one point. I am trying hard to get to my final goal and this time stay there. More for my health now. This app is helping. I just need to get that mindset again.
