I need to eat more fiber. I feel bloated and that showed on the scales. I am switching to flex for this week to make myself be extra accountable for what goes into my mouth and how much. Wish me luck!

Well, in trying to exercise, I have gotten a pedometer in order to make me strive to walk more. Unfortunatly, setting my stride is somewhat a mystery and the directions are cryptic. What is the deal, I walk, it says, "One", I walk again, it says "Two", now how hard is that? Does anyone use DVD's to exercise with? Which ones seem to be fun and helpful?

Had a gain of a pound, but that was because of going to our friend's home the night before weigh in without a plan. I should have brought some salad and dressing and eaten that instead of the pizza that they served. I will be prepared next time. Dispite the gain, I know that I have lost an inch or two because I am constantly having to pull my jeans up. Guess I need to get a belt!
