it seems I lose weight when I increase my carbs before my walk or workout. I also drank more than 8 cups of water yesterday. Not intermittent fasting for now and on a modified keto plan, more fibre, slightly less fat and slightly higher carbs. I feel full with three meals /day so I am going to track and log my progress with this for a month and see what happens. Walking every day really helps too.My mood and optimism improved.
ALSO, I've been eating protein at each meal and having a cup of warm milk before bed. Burn fat while I sleep (my nutritionist told me that).

dropped the car off for brake check and went for a LONG walk to the nearest mall, walked around the mall, walked the LONG way back to get the car, went for coffee with a pal and then we went to another mall and walked around another 2 hours....ALL I bought was walking runners! Weight is stable/same but I'm feeling good with all the walking and oxygen. Good Day so far. AND I didn't need new brakes, YAY!

So! Forgot to weigh in, still in my pyjamas, sipping coffee and watching YouTube movies. Totally a day off to rest and recover.
I spent the last 5 days looking after my daughter’s house and two black Labrador retrievers, walking them in a park nearby twice a day, uphill ! My knee is swollen so I’m using it as my reason for “me time”. Oh! And all that walking and climbing…I gained three pounds (what is up with that?!)
I’m home so back on track with eating plan, added 1/2 cup All Bran to my yogurt and blueberries every morning. Along with the 8 glasses of water it keeps everything moving as it should. Pitted prunes work wonders too, just don’t eat too many 😱
