Been a year since my surgery and my mini-goal was to be back at my surgery weight at this time. Well I was close but no cigar. I need to just keep on moving and not let this set me back. I have seen some amazing results on here so I know it can be done, I just have to not let myself get in the way of what I need to do. My hope is that once the weather warms up I will do better because then I can get out and walk more and ride my bike, winter makes me just want to veg.

Well Valentine's Day killed me. Lord I hate that holiday. I thought I was stronger then I am. I started eating Friday at work--boss gave each of us a small cake and a dozen iced sugar cookies and put a bunch of the iced sugar cookies out for us to snack on. Well snack I did and then Saturday after seeing all the valentine's posts on Facebook I snacked again. I got back on track today and hopefully will stay there.

Did good this weekend so I am proud of myself. Went to grocery store and walked by all the stuff that normally tempts me. I am hoping and praying that this new lifestyle is finally sinking in and I won't have so many ups and downs, just a bunch of downs.
