After some time not strictly dieting, but just controlling (with out entering into any control software) what I ate and allowing myself some slack, I come back to try and loose some more weight.
I feel fine with my current weight. I mean, I don't feel tired or heavy in my daily life, but I want to loose this last kilos to feel even better.
I'm gonna start logging again what I eat (I find this the best way to be minded of what I am really eating) but I will not be as thorough with the charts and forecasts.
The soft goal will be to loose 5 kilos before the end of the year... Happy dieting folks!
Tras algún tiempo sin hacer dieta estricta, aunque controlando lo que como (sin meterlo en ningún programa), vuelvo para tratar de perder algo más de peso.
Me siento bien con mi peso actual. Quiero decir que ya no me canso como antes o me siento torpe, pero quiero perder unos pocos kilos más para sentirme incluso mejor.
Voy a comenzar a controlar (con fatsecret) lo que como. Tengo claro que esta es la mejor forma para mi de ser realmente consciente de lo que como. Pero no voy a ser tan neurótico como al principio con las gráficas y previsiones y todo eso.
El objetivo (ligero) es perder 5 kilitos de aquí a final de año. ¡Que les vaya bien!

I'm not taking seriously the need to loose weight. I eat what I want (but controlling a little). That's why I'm still around 89 Kilos (196 lb).
Better times will come, I guess.

Long time no see. My bad. I'm so involved in other things that I don't have time to keep exact track of what I eat and exercise. And also I don't feel the need.
Right now, in this phase two, it's enough to control myself and use the receipts I adapted during phase one.
I bought last week a Philips Airfrier and I recommend it to anyone that likes fried food. You can get very tasty fried chicken or potatoes with out any (or just a very small amount of) oil.
