Well, gained some weight~I did slip up on my birthday last Friday with that drink (which I did truly enjoy) and yesterday ate 4 munchkins ( did not truly enjoy). Live and learn and keep plugging. I think I did well the rest of the week though. I am looking forward to the end of the school year this Tuesday. My placement this year has been very stressful. I am hoping for a relaxing summer of more activity and better weight loss. We'll see.

Yesterday was my birthday and I celebrated it at the Olive Garden. The meal I ordered included two slices of bread which I didn't eat, but I included all the carbs listed. ( I only ate half of the meal;I usually do that with Italian food) The frozen drink was absolutely delicious and worth every carb!!! I also indulged with one forkful of chocolate cake, mmmm. Overall I don't think I did too badly! Happy Birthday to me!

Gained .4 this week. That's okay because I ate fruit this week~Blueberries and cantaloupe. I miss fruit so much. I don't miss bread or pasta or cookies or any type of cake product at all, but I do miss fruit. I'll try to cut down on that and the almonds. My son is here for the weekend from Florida and I made those lo-carb pancakes with blueberries for breakfast, not bad, but it's his favorite not mine. They were very filling though, I do feel stuffed! I made the whole box so I have some left over. I will freeze them, I don't anticipate them being something I will eat many of.
