So my bad. I got frustrated with zero movement on the scale and then a slight upward climb even though I’ve been obsessive about my diet and excercise. I have to remember that my body isn’t 30 anymore. I started slipping back into my old ways of obsessing about my stressful job and trying to detune by binge watching Netflix too late at night. What I DIDN’T do was stay connected to our community. :( At least the weather is cooperating. Required workout due to shoveling the driveway and hurkng around a decrepit snow blower that refuses to turn and won’t go into reverse. That’s a pretty damn heavy piece of machinery to beat into submission. Truth be told, old me would’ve thrown out some ice melt and headed for the nice warm couch so I’m making progress. OK I lie. I didn’t even bother with the ice melt last year. That’s what kids are for! :D. Screw the scale! This is a journey, not a destination. My weight may not be moving but the cool part is that I don’t look 6 months pregnant anymore. Yay! Going to make time to stay connected. Thanks to everyone for going on this journey. <3
