Obviously not the best start 😓but substantially slowed down my gaining so it’s still progress! Aiming to do better next week

I was in a long term relationship that got really toxic when I first put on all this weight (very quickly a couple of years ago) where she was very hard on me and abusive about my weight and it improved somewhat as I approached the point where I’d lost almost 150 lbs and having gained most of that back, it turned bad again. I ended things and I got worse for s while but now I’m ready to get back at it and do it for me.

Going through my kitchen and tossing out all my junk food stash for a fresh start tomorrow! I tried to do a little bit of exercise this evening to warm myself up too! Very excited to get back on track tomorrow

Been a rough few months, and gained way too much of what I worked so hard to lose back, but tomorrow is Monday and I’m working with a new coach and hopefully this will help keep me on track and accountable! 😊
