Hi FS Family, I'm struggling to make entries onto my food diary. Each time I add a food it doesn't update and remains as 0 calories. It's been like this for two days now. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you resolve it.

A bit worried about this weigh in. Was sick this week and didn't get to go the gym much. Ate a bit of unhealthy meals so kinda wondering what's going on. Well I'll take it and brace myself for next week.

This is so hard, this journey is not easy, many times you want to give up. After months of pushing so so hard, you are physically exhausted, it feels like you have been holding your breath in all that time and you just want to breath again. The worst part is you look in the mirror and you are still obese!! I am feeling a bit defeated today. 😞😞
