Well I made my goal, but it wasnt on purpose. I got sick for 2 weeks along with stress from school, loss of appetite played a big roll in my loss of 8 pounds in 2 weeks. I know its unhealthy so I have set a new goal to get back to 140 with healthy foods only starting tomorrow.

Setting a goal to get 10 percent body fat by this summer. I started at 15.2, and in 17 days dropped it a full percent. Its gunna be tough but im gunna try it. 14.2, 4.2 to go. Cardio Cardio Cardio!

The scale at the gym might be wrong, but I had my friend weight himself too and he said it was right. I dont think its even possible to lose 3 pounds in 10 days lol so..not sure but i'll take it! i'll get an official weigh in soon with a better scale.
