Alright, so I totally pigged out yesterday. I just have been really down this week. I haven't had a lot of motivation and the scale wasn't going down, so I think it just made me want to eat. But that's okay because 1 bad day won't keep me from doing good today and even though I stuffed my face yesterday ... I still worked out and here I am this morning working out again. So my question is ... do any of you never fall into temptation to stuff your face? If so, how do you avoid that temptation? I mean, I don't do it often ... but every 3 weeks or so ... I will just want to binge. How do I keep myself from doing that or should I just be okay with it as long as I jump back on the horse the next day?

Yay! I dropped below 125! Awww that feels good. It's been a while since I seen that on the scale! It feels so good. This really motivates me to keep going and doing what I'm doing. I don't want to ever get up past 125 again and to think that I only have 4.7 more lbs till 120. That is my motivating factor ... I can and will do that. So that is my next mini goal. But to be fair I'll probably have to give myself 3 weeks to accomplish that ... but I could definitely reach it sooner. So let's say that by February 19th I would like to be below 120! It was so cute because my husband said last night that I was getting too skinny! Hahah!

Yesterday was a terrible day, and I hope because of the stress it does not affect my WI. After the terrible event, I went home and made some fettucine noodles from whole wheat flour, eggs and water. I made homemade chicken and broccolli fettucine. I wanted to do this because I figured it was a healthier alternative than the frozen meals I was eating and hopefully it was cheaper, even though I only pay .88 for Michelinas. I did this because I want to eat whole wheat and I doubt I'm eating whole wheat with those frozen meals. After that, I ran at 5 and an incline of 4 while I watched the BL for 48 minutes! Hopefully eating this pasta won't set me back when I WI on friday! Hahah. But just a side note, my kids and husband loved the recipe and it was so filling. The next time I do it, I will probably make more and try to make the noodles a little bit thinner! But it sure was yummy! I ate some leftovers for lunch today as did my husband!

The scale is holding still ... but that's ok. I had 2 pts left after my workout last night and there was one little piece of pizza left ... I decided to eat it. I think I've been eating too many carbs lately. That might be why it's holding still. The rest of the week should be better except I'm making fettucine alfredo tonight with homemade whole wheat noodles! I'm excited to make it ... I just can't believe how fattening it is ... WOW ... I don't think I will ever order that at a restaurant!
