Thigh: 25 1/2 (down 1/2)
Calf: 15 (down 1/4)
Drank twice last week and went up almost 2 pounds. Hope to get rid of that and go back to losing. My food didn't change and I'm still doing that right, but that darn drinking! I didn't think it would affect me that much. I'm also going to get back to tracking. There may be some carb creep happening too. I still weigh and measure my veggies, so I know I'm getting 12-15, probably more. It's my spices and rubs and things like that. Sodium too. Oh well, it helps to know that I can live life like normal and stay pretty close to where I'm at. That 195.4 was an abberation I think!

Only one more pound until I hit the 3-0! Easiest 30 pounds I'll have ever lost!
